It was explained that extraordinary fund redemption requests experienced across the fund market during this period created a temporary pressure on liquidity management.

In the statement made by the company, it was emphasized that all business and operations carried out are performed in full compliance with the Capital Markets Board legislation and other relevant legislative provisions. It was noted that responsibilities toward investors have been fulfilled completely up to the present.

It is aimed to comply with the amendments made in the Guideline as soon as possible within the framework of the Capital Markets Board's Principle Decision dated August 28, 2026, and numbered 52/1589. In this direction, it was reported that the necessary plannings were made promptly and the compliance process was initiated.
Coordination and Investor Rights
It was conveyed that the process regarding the relevant funds included in the Capital Markets Board's Bulletin dated September 17, 2026, and numbered 60 has commenced. It was stated that the process will be carried out within the framework of procedures and principles to be determined by authorized institutions and in full coordination with the authorities.
