Statement from the Capital Markets Board Regarding Funds in Liquidation
The market regulator provided information regarding TEFAS transactions and canceled orders for funds undergoing liquidation.
The Capital Markets Board has published a new statement regarding funds in liquidation and transactions made through the Turkey Electronic Fund Trading Platform.
Suspension of Funds from Trading
The funds of portfolio management companies whose titles were mentioned in the board bulletins have been closed to trading on the platform as of the specified date.
Status of Transactions and Orders
It had been previously announced that trading transactions outside the platform were suspended for the funds subject to liquidation.
Only orders submitted before the specified date were included in processing, while subsequent orders were canceled by the system.
Area Where Payments Will Be Made
Following the cancellation of all orders placed for the funds closed to trading on the platform, payments will be made to the beneficiaries from the liquidation balance.
