The Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee and CT Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish comprehensive cooperation in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
Comprehensive Cooperation via a Triple Helix Model
The parties will strengthen cooperation based on a triple helix model consisting of the government, scientists, and businesses to research, implement, and commercialize strategic technology products.
Six Key Areas of Focus
At the signing ceremony, both parties agreed on six key areas: digital data development, an innovation ecosystem, an unmanned aerial vehicle ecosystem, high-tech agriculture, the green economy, and smart city development.

Nguyen Quynh Thien, Vice Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee, stated that the agreement would create new momentum for the province to realize its digital and green economy potential. Meanwhile, Tran Van Phat, Deputy General Director of CT Group, expressed their commitment to mobilizing modern resources.
