A three-month interim concordat period has been granted by a court decision for Ege Gıda Meşrubat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, operating based in Tekirdağ.

It was decided by the Edirne 2nd Civil Court of First Instance to grant a three-month interim concordat period regarding the company and its owners.

The company carries out the production and wholesale of numerous basic food and cleaning products such as sugar, tea, bulgur, starch, vinegar, bleach, soda, and antifreeze.
Call to Creditors
The court announced that creditors can apply within seven days to present evidence demonstrating that the conditions for a concordat have not been met and request the rejection of the process.

According to the company's tax figures for the last three years, it was noted that a tax base of 3 million 119 thousand 319 lira was reported in 2023.
