Turkey's Services Exports Reached $124.9 Billion
While the country's position in the global services trade surplus strengthened, the travel and logistics sectors accounted for the majority of the total volume.
According to data from the Ministry of Trade and the Turkish Statistical Institute, Turkey's services exports in 2025 increased by 6.5 percent to $124.9 billion, achieving significant success in global trade.
Record Increase in Services Exports
According to the 2025 international services trade statistics announced by the Ministry of Trade and the Turkish Statistical Institute, Turkey has achieved a significant economic success. The export target of $121 billion set for last year was surpassed, reaching a new record.
Export and Import Figures
Turkey's services exports increased by 6.5 percent compared to the previous year, reaching $124.9 billion. In the same period, services imports rose by 9.6 percent to reach the level of $61.9 billion.
Global Trade Ranking
Following this strong performance, Turkey managed to rank 6th in the world among countries running a services trade surplus on a global scale.
Sectoral Distribution and Growth
Travel services had the highest share with 48.1 percent, while the logistics and transportation sector took a 34.1 percent share. Additionally, exports of telecommunications, computer, and information services increased by 25.3 percent in 2025.
