Grounds for Investigation
During the process conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was determined that the posts made on virtual media platforms threatened social peace.
Access Ban and Detention Order
Within the scope of the initiated investigation, it was officially requested that Ertuğrul Kaya's posts be removed from publication and access to his related account be blocked.
It was also among the information received that a detention order was issued for the suspect within the framework of the ongoing judicial process.
Determination of Departure Abroad
It was officially learned that social media influencer Ertuğrul Kaya, against whom a detention order was issued, left the country on August 25.
