Legal Infrastructure of the Process

It was stated that the vision shaped by the determined stance of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli is a state project.
Goals and Transparency
It was stated that the main goal of the process is the disarmament of the PKK/KCK and the termination of its de facto presence. In addition, it was explicitly noted in the text that there are no actions or steps hidden from the nation.
Amnesty and Scope Discussions
It was emphasized that the law is not an amnesty or a tailor-made regulation for individuals, and that those who martyred soldiers, police officers, and citizens cannot benefit from the regulation. In response to allegations that Öcalan would be granted the right to hope, it was answered that such expressions are not included in the law.
