100 hearing-impaired students received health ambassador certificates in Ankara
Within the scope of the Deaf Awareness Week, certificates were presented to one hundred students under a joint protocol.
In line with the joint protocol between the Ministries of Health and National Education, one hundred hearing-impaired students who successfully completed their education at a private school in Ankara were awarded Health Ambassador Certificates.
Protocol and Organized Event
Within the scope of the Healthy Child Healthy Future protocol signed between the two ministries, a meaningful program was organized at a private school on the occasion of Deaf Awareness Week.
Institutional officials and numerous guests came together at the event jointly organized by the Ankara Provincial Health and Provincial National Education directorates.
Officials Attending the Ceremony
Ministry executives and provincial directors attended the program held at Altındağ Kemal Yurtbilir Primary and Secondary School for the Hearing Impaired.
General Manager for Health Promotion Kenan Volkan Demirel and Ankara Provincial Health Director Ali Niyazi Kurtcebe took part in the ceremony.
Scope of the Training Program
At the program, which was colored by the students' folk dance performance, health ambassador certificates were presented to one hundred hearing-impaired students who completed their training.
Information that thousands of schools and students have been reached so far within the framework of the project was shared in the protocol speeches.
Established Health Stations
Information and training activities on various subjects were offered to the children through nine different health stations set up in the event area.
Students gained knowledge on many vital subjects such as emergency health services, family medicine, and digital balance.
