2026 Third-Term SDS Audits Completed in Five Healthcare Facilities in Çorum
The 2026 third-term Health Assessment Standards audits conducted in five different hospitals in Çorum province have successfully concluded.
The 2026 3rd-term SDS audits conducted between September 7–11, 2026, at healthcare facilities in Alaca, Ortaköy, Osmancık, Kargı, and the city center in Çorum have been completed.
Audited Healthcare Facilities
On-site inspections were conducted at Alaca State Hospital, Ortaköy District State Hospital, Osmancık State Hospital, Kargı Ahmet Hamdi Akpınar State Hospital, and Hitit University Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital.
Examined Service Areas
Many service processes carried out in the healthcare facilities, primarily outpatient clinics, emergency services, intensive care, operating rooms, laboratories, and imaging services, were handled in detail.
Identification of Improvement Areas
During the audits, current practices were examined on-site, identified issues were evaluated together with healthcare facility managers and relevant staff, and development proposals were determined.
Quality and Safety Objectives
In line with the evaluation results, it is aimed to further strengthen quality and safety standards in healthcare services through the planning of necessary improvements and monitoring of practices.
