Authorities and the relevant healthcare personnel denied these claims, stating that the initial intervention was carried out swiftly.
Footage on Social Media
A video circulating on US-based social media platforms garnered hundreds of thousands of views, showing chest compressions being administered to a person lying on the sidewalk. Statement by Hospital Authorities
Hospital authorities, speaking with the Anadolu Agency Fact Check Line, stated that the initial intervention for the driver who fell ill in front of the private hospital in Bahçeşehir was performed by Emergency Service Coordinator Murat Özseven, and the patient was transported to the emergency room without waiting for an ambulance.
Nurse's Account of the Incident
Healthcare personnel Murat Özseven stated that he took action as soon as he received word that a heart attack was occurring in front of the hospital. Özseven noted that he determined the approximately 40-year-old driver had no pulse or respiration, and without wasting any time, he initiated basic life support.
Joint Effort with 112 Teams
Stating that they did not wait for a stretcher to prevent heavy traffic and loss of time, Özseven reported that he performed uninterrupted chest compressions for about 5 minutes until the 112 Emergency Health teams arrived. After the teams arrived, the intervention continued jointly, and the patient was taken to the emergency room.
Angiography and Intensive Care Process
It was determined that the patient, who underwent resuscitation in the emergency room for one hour, had suffered a severe heart attack. It was recorded that the patient was immediately taken to the angiography laboratory, where completely blocked vessels were opened and the patient was admitted to the intensive care unit.

It was announced that the patient, who was monitored under intubation for about a day, has been awakened. It was emphasized that the patient's general condition is good, able to communicate comfortably, and that having a clear consciousness and being able to speak brought great joy to the entire team.
