Home Health Services units affiliated with the Bursa Provincial Health Directorate provide safe care in their own living spaces to citizens who cannot go to the hospital due to age, chronic illness, or physical disabilities. Bursa City Hospital Home Health Services Unit operates with a 22-person expert staff consisting of physicians, nurses, technicians, dietitians, pharmacists, secretaries, and drivers. The unit actively takes part in the field every day with 3 fully equipped vehicles to reach registered patients.

There are a total of 2,700 registered patients within the body of the Bursa City Hospital Home Health Services Unit. Expert health teams regularly visit these individuals in their own comfort zones to plan the necessary examination, treatment, and care processes. Remote Evaluation and Video Calls
The Ministry of Health's remote patient evaluation system is actively used for eligible patients. Thanks to video calls conducted via this system, unnecessary hospital visits by patients are prevented. Furthermore, administrative procedures such as prescription writing and report renewal are directly arranged in the home environment, facilitating the patients' tasks.
