Comedian Cem Yılmaz Hospitalized Due to Heart Condition

53-year-old comedian Cem Yılmaz, who fell ill at his home in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale where he was vacationing, was hospitalized due to chest complaints. While the artist, who was learned to have suffered a heart spasm, underwent an angiography, Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu announced that following the successful intervention, his general condition is good and he is being monitored in the coronary intensive care unit.

Fell Ill at His Home in Çanakkale

53-year-old comedian Cem Yılmaz, who was at his home in Paşaköy, Ayvacık district of Çanakkale for vacation purposes, suffered a sudden illness.

Upon experiencing chest pain while at his home, the artist was directed to the hospital to receive medical support.

Transferred to Hospital

Following his discomfort, the artist was first taken to the emergency department of Ayvacık State Hospital, where it was understood that he had suffered a heart spasm.

Following the heart spasm diagnosis, Cem Yılmaz was transferred to Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Medicine Hospital for further examination and treatment.

Angiography Procedure Performed

Evaluated by specialist physicians at the hospital, the necessary medical interventions were performed on the artist.

Yılmaz's cardiovascular condition was brought under control with the angiography operation performed by Prof. Dr. Ercan Akşit.

Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu provided information regarding the artist's health status via his social media account.

Minister Memişoğlu stated that the necessary medical interventions were successfully completed and announced to the public that the artist's condition is good.
