Comedian Cem Yılmaz Hospitalized Due to Heart Condition
Cem Yılmaz, who was hospitalized due to chest pain while on vacation in Çanakkale, underwent an angioplasty and it was reported that he could be discharged in two days.
53-year-old comedian Cem Yılmaz, who fell ill due to chest pain at his home in Çanakkale'iteracy Ayvacık district, was taken under observation in the coronary intensive care unit following a 40-minute angioplasty procedure at the hospital.
Fell Ill at Home
Comedian Cem Yılmaz, who fell ill with chest and back pain while vacationing at his home in Paşaköy, in Çanakkale's Ayvacık district, was immediately taken to the hospital.
Transferred to Hospital
Following the initial intervention at Ayvacık State Hospital, the 53-year-old artist was transferred by a 112 ambulance to Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Hospital and admitted for treatment.
Angioplasty Procedure
In the procedure performed by Prof. Dr. Ercan Akşit, a faculty member in the Cardiology Department, and his team, a balloon and stent were applied to the artist via his wrist, and the procedure lasted approximately 40 minutes.
Health Condition
Prof. Dr. Ercan Akşit, who performed the operation, stated that the patient's condition is stable and that he could be discharged in 2 days if this stable course continues.

Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu published a get-well-soon message on his social media account, while Cem Yılmaz's older brother, Can Yılmaz, announced that his brother's condition is good.
