Comprehensive Cooperation Protocol in Health and Education in Tokat
A three-year education, research, and healthcare protocol was signed between Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University and the Provincial Directorate of Health.
An official protocol was signed between Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University and the Tokat Provincial Directorate of Health to strengthen cooperation in the fields of health, education, and research.
Signing Ceremony and Participants
At the ceremony held in the Rectorate Meeting Hall, the cooperation protocol was signed by Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Yılmaz and Tokat Provincial Health Director Specialist Dr. Atilla Bıyık.
Applied Training Activities
Within the scope of the protocol, it is aimed to carry out pre-graduation applied training for Faculty of Medicine students and training activities for medical residency students in healthcare institutions affiliated with the Provincial Directorate of Health.
Additionally, it is targeted to maintain the training to be carried out in family health centers, training and research family health centers, and community health centers in a coordinated manner.
Joint Research and Projects
With this cooperation, it is planned to carry out joint research and projects aimed at identifying the health problems of society, developing preventive healthcare services, and increasing the effectiveness of health services.
In-Service Training and Process
The protocol also covers in-service training for healthcare personnel, scientific meetings, and the sharing of knowledge and experience between institutions.
This agreement, which will remain in force for three years, is expected to contribute to health education and public health by bringing together the university's academic accumulation and field experience.
