Aligned with Politburo resolutions, the universal health check program implemented across Ninh Binh aims to provide citizens with access to free screenings and electronic health records.

Objective of the Program

Initiated in accordance with the Politburo's Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, the comprehensive health initiative aims for the entire population to have access to regular checkups by 2026.

Implementation and Participation

The entire political system is supporting the efforts spearheaded by units such as Kim Dong commune, Yen Tu commune, and Kim Son General Hospital.

Despite the rainy weather early in the morning, citizens have been coming to health centers to undergo various screenings.

Health Screenings

Under the program, citizens are screened for various conditions, including breast cancer, eye diseases, tuberculosis, and respiratory ailments.

Transportation and System

Within the scope of the program, vehicles have been allocated for citizens experiencing transportation difficulties, and mobile health teams have been established.

All examination and test results are systematically entered into the electronic health management system.

Reached Figures

Over an implementation period of approximately 3 months, 911,806 people have undergone health checks throughout the province, which corresponds to 20.7 percent of the provincial population.
