Comprehensive quality audit completed in healthcare institutions
During the audits conducted in September, the service processes and compliance with standards of a total of 16 health facilities were examined in detail.
Quality and service audits were conducted by the Public Hospitals Presidency Evaluation and Development Unit in 16 healthcare institutions across the province between September 7 and September 22, 2026.
Scope and Purpose of the Audits
The activities carried out under the coordination of the Public Hospitals Presidency Evaluation and Development Unit enabled a comprehensive examination of the service delivery processes of health facilities.
The main purpose of the reviews was to increase the effectiveness of healthcare services and to support continuous improvement efforts.
Inspection Criteria and Commission Activities
Teams consisting of competent personnel within the Provincial Evaluation Commission conducted active field assessments in the healthcare institutions.
During the evaluations, efficiency levels, employee and patient satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards were meticulously addressed alongside service delivery processes.
