Court of Accounts Report: No Legal Action Taken for Terminated Contracts

Terminated Contracts and Damages
Contracts terminated due to contractors failing to fulfill their commitments or engaging in prohibited acts during tender processes were examined. It was determined that the administration did not resort to any legal action to recover the financial losses incurred following these terminations.
Duplicate Payments Made to Personnel
The report also drew attention to duplicate additional payments made to personnel. It was ascertained that temporarily assigned individuals received payments both from their primary positions and from the units they were assigned to.
Status of Resident Doctors
The fact that certain resident doctors assigned to university hospitals for specialty training received additional payments from both the Ministry of Health and the university hospitals where they were stationed was among the detected irregularities.
