The statement claimed that assignment transactions amounting to approximately $1 million were carried out in February and March. It was asserted that a transaction was established to transfer the amount to be paid by the Ministry after the tender to the account of an individual named A.K.
Transactions in August, September, and October
The continuation of the statement claimed that assignment transactions amounting to approximately 1 million liras were carried out in August, September, and October, and that the documents in question bore the signatures of Yenal Duğral and Nebahat Öncel.
