In his speech at the Presidential Board of Legal Policies Meeting held at Çankaya Mansion, Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu stated that the law is a security element of healthcare and expressed the need for a qualified legislative infrastructure.

Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu participated in the Board of Legal Policies Meeting held at Çankaya Mansion under the chairmanship of Mehmet Uçum, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Board of Legal Policies.
Relationship Between Law and Health
Minister Memişoğlu stated that the law is the most fundamental basis that protects the rights of citizens and ensures that healthcare workers perform their duties safely.
Healthcare Infrastructure and Legislation
Stating that Turkey has undergone a historical transformation in its healthcare infrastructure, Memişoğlu noted that in addition to strong investments, a qualified legislative infrastructure is also needed for the sustainability of this physical development.
Legislative Regulations
It was announced that since July 2024, more than 160 legislative regulations have been implemented in a wide range of areas, from preventive health services to health tourism.
