Healthcare services inspected in hospitals in Çanakkale
The quality and efficiency of healthcare services carried out in Çanakkale within the framework of standards set by the Ministry of Health were examined by an expert team.
Within the scope of the Health Facility Evaluation Standards (SDS) implemented by the Ministry of Health, a comprehensive inspection process was carried out at a hospital in Çanakkale. During the examinations conducted with the participation of Provincial Health Directorate officials, the quality of healthcare service delivery and operational processes were discussed in detail.
Inspection process and scope
The SDS Evaluation Team, headed by Op. Dr. Gürkan Çoban, Head of Public Hospitals Services at the Çanakkale Provincial Health Directorate, visited various units of the hospital and conducted on-site examinations.
Aiming to increase service quality
The evaluations aimed to improve the service processes carried out in the hospital, increase patient satisfaction, and maintain activities in a more coordinated manner.
In order to strengthen the understanding of sustainable quality, current practices were reviewed and views were exchanged on new strategies to increase efficiency.
