Healthcare Services Standards Reviewed at Kayseri State Hospital

Within the scope of the directive carried out by the Ministry of Health, a comprehensive evaluation study was conducted at Kayseri State Hospital by the Central Provincial Evaluation Team.

Scope of the Evaluation Process

Detailed examinations were conducted at Kayseri State Hospital within the framework of the Directive on the Evaluation and Improvement of Healthcare Facilities carried out by the Ministry of Health.

Various units of the hospital were individually inspected within the framework of Healthcare Facility Evaluation Standards carried out by the Central Provincial Evaluation Team.

Quality and Safety Standards

During the evaluation process, the delivery of healthcare services and institutional operations were observed on-site and meticulously audited.

Current practices regarding patient safety, employee safety, and quality standards were reviewed by the evaluation team.
