Infection Control and Resistant Bacteria Addressed in Healthcare Facilities
The Central Highlands Regional General Hospital organized a large-scale conference to evaluate infection control efforts during the first nine months of 2026 and discuss new projects.

At the event organized by the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital, infection control activities for the first nine months of 2026 were comprehensively evaluated. Representatives from the Ministry of Health, experts from Cho Ray Hospital and Hanoi Medical University, as well as representatives of healthcare institutions in the province attended the meeting.
Project Results Shared
Within the scope of the conference, representatives of the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital provided information on the implementation of hospital infection surveillance activities and preventive measures taken. In addition, the results of the Project on the Prevention and Control of Multi-Drug-Resistant Bacteria in Intensive Care Units were presented to the participants.

Hospital Director Dr. Trinh Hong Nhut delivered a speech at the conference, emphasizing the vital importance of infection control in healthcare facilities. Furthermore, experts from Cho Ray Hospital made presentations on environmental hygiene, microbiological testing capacity, and the optimization of antibiotic use.
