New Steps in Digital Transformation
In accordance with Directive No. 07/CT-BYT, information technology and digital transformation are being actively implemented in the healthcare sector, yielding significant results.
The Minister of Health requests that unit heads focus on key tasks in order to comprehensively address existing limitations.
Evaluation Criteria and Processes
The completion criteria for digital transformation tasks and Project 06 will be used in the evaluation of units and their managers at the end of 2026.
Efforts aimed at resolving delayed tasks and improving the institutional framework and data architecture are being carried out as a priority.
Data Cleansing and VNeID Campaign
The campaign to clean 12 specialized databases on the VNeID platform and establish electronic health records has gained momentum.
Relevant departments are actively pursuing data cleansing and standardization efforts within their areas of responsibility.
Information Security and Legal Regulations
Legal documents regarding digital transformation in the healthcare sector are planned to be reviewed and submitted before September 15, 2026.
To ensure information security, security level proposals for existing information systems are projected to be completed by September 30, 2026.
