Ministry of Health Emphasizes Early Diagnosis in Chronic Disease Screenings
As part of preventive health efforts carried out over the past two years, millions of screenings were conducted to ensure early diagnosis.
Health Minister Memişoğlu announced that 158 million chronic disease screenings have been performed in the last two years, resulting in over 14 million early diagnoses.
Efforts Carried Out in Family Health Centers
Operating within more than 8,000 Family Health Centers across Turkey, 31,000 family physicians continue to meticulously carry out early diagnosis and regular monitoring processes against chronic diseases.

In his statement, Minister Memişoğlu reported that thanks to the 158 million chronic disease screenings conducted over the past two years, more than 14 million early diagnoses were made and timely interventions were performed for the diseases.
