The Ministry of Health is taking digital transformation steps within the framework of regulations on the implementation of the National Target Program for health, population, and development for the 2026-2035 period.
New Platforms and Services
The Ministry has implemented the District Health Center Platform and the Telemedicine Consultation Support Platform for managing individuals' health records in line with primary healthcare services at district, commune, and special zone health centers.
Assigned Centers
The National Health Information Center has been tasked with establishing the district health station platform and implementing the remote medical consultation and treatment support platform.
Family Medicine Model
Within the scope of the program, an electronic health record management system, nationwide health management, and a family medicine model connected to the remote medical consultation platform are being applied.
Use of Smart Devices
Healthcare facilities have gradually begun using smart medical devices along with remote health monitoring devices.

This transformation contributes to the development of innovation and national digital transformation in the healthcare sector in accordance with the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
