Cases Referred to the Judiciary
The trial process of 19 individuals involved in fabricated illnesses and fraud cases at the Phuong Do International Multi-Purpose Clinic in Hai Phong played a significant role in this decision.
Sanctions and Priority Facilities
It was announced that facilities operating in violation of legal regulations will have their licenses revoked, criminal acts will be reported to the police, and violators will be publicly disclosed. Inspections will prioritize facilities that have received complaints from the public.
