In a statement made via social media, Minister of Health Kemal Memişoğlu announced that 9,988 inspection activities have been carried out across Turkey over the past year using artificial intelligence technologies through the Risk-Based Inspection System.

Technology-Focused Approach

Efforts to strengthen digital and preventative inspection mechanisms in the field of health continue uninterruptedly. In addition to routine inspection activities, new generation data- and technology-focused methods are also being put into practice.

REDES System and Field Operations

While the Risk-Based Inspection System has been significantly strengthened recently, a total of 356 representatives are on duty in 81 provinces to ensure the system is used effectively in the field.

Early Detection with Artificial Intelligence

Thanks to artificial intelligence methods, potential risks are detected at an early stage, providing the opportunity to intervene before problems grow larger, and processes are prioritized through decision support systems.

Executive Information Screens

Through Executive Information Screens created on thirty-four different topics, authorities are ensured to continuously monitor and evaluate risks in the field.

Activities Over the Past Year

Over the past one-year period, a total of 9,988 inspection activities have been successfully carried out in 81 provinces across the country.
