New Health Center and Emergency Station Opened in Düzce
The newly built health facility and emergency health station in Hamidiye Neighborhood were opened with a ceremony.
The official opening of the No. 2 Family Health Center and the 112 Emergency Health Services Station, completed in Düzce's Hamidiye Neighborhood, took place.
Opening Ceremony and Health Investments
Speaking at the opening ceremony held in Hamidiye Neighborhood, AK Party Düzce Deputy Ayşe Keşir stated that health investments across the city continue without interruption.
Keşir noted that the new hospital in Akçakoca has been completed and put into service, and that work is ongoing for the planned addition of 400 beds to the central hospital.
Station Shortage Addressed
Provincial Director of Health Yasin Yılmaz stated that the shortage of a 112 Emergency Health Services Station, which had been felt for a long time in the neighborhood where the newly opened center is located, will be resolved with this investment.
Features of the Center and the Memory of Dr. Şener Yılmaz
Built as a two-story modern health center, a total of 7 physicians will serve and provide healthcare services to the local population.
A biography and photograph of Dr. Şener Yılmaz, who passed away last year and served in the region for many years, were hung at the entrance of the center to keep his memory alive.
