Obstetric Emergencies Training Held for Healthcare Personnel in Giresun
The program aimed at rapid intervention in critical situations during pregnancy and postpartum periods was successfully completed.
In Giresun, a special training program was conducted for healthcare personnel to ensure rapid and accurate pre-hospital intervention in life-threatening emergencies that may arise during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
Purpose and Scope of the Training
A comprehensive training program was organized with the aim of ensuring correct and rapid pre-hospital intervention in life-threatening situations that may develop during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum processes.
With this organization, it is aimed to increase the knowledge and practical application skills of healthcare personnel in emergency cases.
Management Visit to the Training
On the final day of the program, held on September 10-11, 2026, authorized figures visited the training area and came together with the personnel.
Giresun Provincial Health Director Asst. Prof. Dr. İskender Aksoy, Head of Emergency Health Services Spec. Dr. Emre Şengün, and Deputy Head of Emergency Health Services Dr. Arife Yıldırım attended the training and conducted inspections.
