Ordu Provincial Director of Health Emrah Çelenk announced that Ordu City Hospital, which stands out with its 1,200-bed capacity and earthquake-resistant seismic isolators, will begin accepting patients on September 19.

Hospital Capacity and Equipment

Ordu Provincial Director of Health Emrah Çelenk stated in his announcement at the city hospital that the facility will serve with a capacity of 1,200 beds, 280 intensive care beds, and 263 outpatient clinic rooms.

Advanced Medical Units

It was stated that the facility includes resources to provide healthcare services to citizens in many critical areas such as physical therapy, a burn unit, oncology, and a stroke center.

Earthquake Safety and Infrastructure

It was noted that an earthquake-resistant seismic isolator system is located at the foundation of the modern healthcare facility to increase safety against potential disasters.

Comfortable Patient Rooms

It was recorded that the hospital rooms, planned by keeping patient and citizen comfort in mind, feature customized televisions and refrigerators, allowing patients to receive services in hotel-like comfort.

Opening Schedule and Registrations

Following the completion of final preparations and registration procedures, it was officially announced that patient admissions will begin as of Saturday, September 19.
