Rebuilt State Laboratory Begins Operations
The modern laboratory built to replace the facility that went out of service and operated at low capacity due to a fire a decade ago is opening.
Minister of Health Hakan Dinçyürek announced that the new facility built to replace the State Laboratory, which burned down about 10 years ago and has had reduced capacity since then, will be inaugurated with a ceremony.

Past Process and Deficiencies
The old State Laboratory, which went out of service and lost its operational capability following the fire disaster approximately 10 years ago, had been serving at a low capacity for a long time.

A giant, world-class laboratory has been brought to life with the aim of protecting public health, supporting the national economy, and contributing to the commercial activities of producers as well as import and export processes.
