Student Health Checks to Be Conducted in the New Academic Year
Coordinated by the Ministries of Health and Education, student health checks will be carried out at the beginning of the new academic year and the data will be uploaded to the portal.
The Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Training, will conduct health checks for students at the beginning of the new academic year and update the results on the Health Data Portal.
Health Checks and Portal Updates
In coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health will organize training on health checks at the beginning of the school year, provide professional guidance, and update the results on the Ministry of Health's health data portal.
Instructions Sent to People's Committees
The Ministry of Health has sent a document to the People's Committees of provinces and cities regarding the implementation of health checks for students at the beginning of the new academic year.
Deputy Minister Do Xuan Tuyen stated that the Ministry of Health has issued Circular No. 33/2026/TT-BYT pursuant to Government Decree No. 165/2026/ND-CP regulating the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.
Institution Lists and Schedule
The Ministry of Health has requested the People's Committees of provinces and cities to submit a list of preschool and general education institutions in their areas by September 8, 2026.
Local health stations, kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools will organize health checks for students at the beginning of the school year in accordance with regulations and transfer the results to the Health Data Portal.
