Thousands of Patients Reached Through Home Health Services in Şanlıurfa
Comprehensive examinations and follow-ups were provided to thousands of active patients in their homes during the first seven months of the year.
Within the framework of Home Health Services carried out for citizens experiencing difficulties in reaching health institutions in Şanlıurfa, numerous home visits were made to thousands of patients in the first 7 months of 2026.
Scope of Home Health Services
Within the scope of the efforts carried out by the Şanlıurfa Provincial Health Directorate, health services are provided at home for bedridden individuals and those with chronic illnesses. In this context, a total of 93,616 home visits were conducted for 12,977 active patients during the first 7 months of 2026.
Serving Healthcare Personnel
A total of 146 healthcare workers actively serve in the health services carried out across the city. The teams include specialist physicians, general practitioners, dentists, auxiliary health personnel, and medical secretaries.
Mobile Vehicles and Transportation
Thanks to 27 mobile vehicles actively used throughout the province, citizens living in districts and rural regions as well as patients in the city center can be reached regularly.

Citizens who wish to benefit from home health services can apply through the Home Health Services National Call Center at 444 38 33. The teams carry out various care processes in homes, such as dressing, treatment, and the provision of air mattresses.
