Training Provided to 300 Personnel for School Health Services

Approximately 300 officials and personnel responsible for school health activities in municipalities, neighborhoods, and educational institutions across the province participated in a comprehensive two-day training to increase school health services capacity and enter student health check data into the system.

Purpose and Scope of the Training

The training course, held at the beginning of the school year, lasted for two days on October 7 and 8. The training included approximately 300 officials and personnel responsible for school health activities in municipalities, neighborhoods, and educational institutions across the province.

Food Safety and Kitchen Organization

Participants received training on three main topics. These included the organization of mass kitchens adapted to the specific situation of each institution and the development of procedures for the prevention of food safety incidents and poisonings.

Health Data Portal Entries

The training also provided guidance to participants on data entry and verification into the Ministry of Health's Health Data Portal, in accordance with Article 4 of Circular No. 33/2026/TT-BYT regarding students' health checks.

Inter-Institutional Cooperation and Capacity Building

The activities were carried out in order to increase capacity in school health activities in accordance with Joint Circular No. 13/2016/TTLT-BYT-BGDĐT dated May 12, 2016, of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Training.

Goal of a Safe Learning Environment

The main objective of this training course is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of school health personnel, improving their abilities to early detect health problems and prevent risks in schools, thereby ensuring a safe learning environment for students.
