67-year-old Soner Olgun, one of the well-known names of Turkish music, while continuing his struggle with pancreatic cancer, was hospitalized on August 30 due to a high fever complaint. As his condition worsened, the artist was admitted to intensive care on September 1.
Transition to Regular Room and Request to Return Home
During the intensive care process, the artist was allowed to see his daughter, and upon seeing her, he stated that he wanted to leave. Olgun, who was moved to a regular room following doctor evaluations and family approval, requested to go home two days later.
24-Hour Nurse Supervision at Home
All medical conditions that the artist might need at home were established, and his transfer to his own home was carried out. Soner Olgun's treatment is continuing at home under 24-hour nurse supervision.
Health Condition and Visitor Restrictions
His ex-wife Özlem Koldaş emphasized that the artist's health condition is critical, stating that the most important priority right now is his peace and feeling loved. Visits are also kept limited to prevent him from getting tired.
