Representatives from the Turkish Pharmacists' Association Working Group on the Development of Pharmacist Labor Force and Employment met with the General Directorate of Public Hospitals of the Ministry of Health to discuss employment issues.

During the meeting, the current working conditions and general situations of public pharmacists were comprehensively addressed.

Steps that can be taken to increase pharmacist employment and the more effective utilization of pharmacists' competencies in public institutions were evaluated.

Pharm. Fehmi Onur Özgüven, Member of the Central Board of the Turkish Pharmacists' Association, attended the meeting.

Additionally, Pharm. Furkan Konya, Head of the Pharmacist Inspection Board of the Turkish Pharmacists' Association, and Dr. Pharm. Betül Topçu İnce, Specialist at the Project and Research Unit, were also included in the delegation.
