Free Health Screening Begins

The Vu Quy Commune Health Center organized free routine health checks and screenings for residents of Neighborhood 2 on September 10-11, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.

Comprehensive Examinations and Tests

In coordination with the Thuy Long Multi-Specialty Clinic, Kien Xuong General Hospital, and Thai Binh Eye Hospital, the commune health center performed checks for individuals aged 6 to 18 who are not yet of school age, as well as those aged 18 and above. Residents received blood pressure checks, blood sugar tests, ultrasounds, ENT endoscopies, and eye examinations, along with health advice based on their results.

Electronic Records and Goals

The obtained results are being updated into electronic health records, with over 1,000 residents from Neighborhood 2 expected to undergo checks during this process. Regular checks aim to enable the early detection of diseases and increase the effectiveness of primary healthcare services.

To Be Expanded Across the Commune

According to the plan, the health check program will be implemented across the entire commune by the end of November 2026. Relevant units will allocate personnel and equipment for organization in each village.
