Workers' Party of Turkey Istanbul MP Ahmet Şık fell ill in the Odunpazarı district of Eskişehir and was taken to Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.
Angiography Procedure Performed
As a result of medical checks and tests performed at the hospital, a blockage was detected in Şık's coronary arteries, and a successful angiogram procedure was carried out.
To Be Transferred to Istanbul
It was announced that Ahmet Şık, whose health condition is good, will be transferred to a hospital in Istanbul at his own request to undergo bypass surgery.
