Who Can Apply?
Students who have earned the right to enter a higher education program for the first time or who have registered will be able to benefit from the process.
In addition, intermediate-year students and Turkish citizens studying abroad are among the groups that can apply.

Groups Eligible for Priority Scholarships
Relatives of martyrs and veterans, disabled students, those whose parents have passed away, and youth under state protection are listed among the individuals who will be given priority for scholarships.
Additionally, graduates of Darüşşafaka, national athletes, and students who rank in the top three in the ÖSYM exam will be granted priority.
