Taking to the pool at the 20th Mediterranean Games held in Taranto, Italy, national swimmer Ahmet Mete Boylu won the silver medal with his result in the 200-meter freestyle final.

Ahmet Mete Boylu competed in the 200-meter freestyle final race as part of the Taranto 2026 20th Mediterranean Games. Completing the race with a time of 1:47.59, the national athlete took second place and claimed the silver medal at the organization.
