Art and Sports Academy Project "From Canvas to Field" Commences in Amasya
Various artistic and sporting activities are organized within the scope of the project implemented to support the development of students with special needs.
The opening ceremony of the Art and Sports Academy Project "From Canvas to Field", aimed at supporting students with special needs through artistic production, sports, and virtual reality experiences, was held in Amasya.
Project Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony of the project, coordinated by the Provincial Directorate of National Education and supported within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 4008 program, took place in Amasya.
Ministry officials, inspectors, provincial directors, teachers, and students attended the ceremony.
Purpose and Targeted Achievements
Conducted in cooperation with Amasya University and the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, the project aims to enhance the motor skills of students.
Through artistic production, adapted sports activities, and virtual reality experiences, the social adaptation and self-confidence of the students are supported.
Activities and Schedule
Volleyball, curling, and rhythm workshops are being organized within the scope of the project, which will run from October 5 to October 9, 2026.
The program also features various activities such as open-air canvas works and virtual reality applications.
