Fenerbahçe will hold its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on Sunday, September 27, submitting financial reports, the budget, and important projects regarding the club's future for the approval of its members.
Financial Reports and Budget Approvals
The agenda of the general assembly includes the reading and discussion of the Board of Directors Activity Report and the Audit Board Report for the financial period of March 1, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
In addition, the discharge of the management and audit boards for the same period, along with the budget for the period of June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027, will be submitted for members' approval.
Acquisition Step for Samandıra Facilities
The board of directors will request authorization to purchase the 14,934-square-meter section of the area where the Samandıra Can Bartu Facilities are located, which belongs to the Treasury.
The purchase of the said area and all procedures to be carried out will be voted on to grant authorization to the board of directors until the end of their term of office.
Museum and Maltepe Football Academy Projects
Members will be informed about the project planned to establish the Fenerbahçe Museum on the Kenan Evren High School property located in Kadıköy Zühtüpaşa Neighborhood.
The Maltepe Football Academy project, planned to be built on the 124,000-square-meter property in Maltepe Atışokulu Neighborhood, will also be addressed.
Dereağzı and Stadium Capacity Increase
The Metin Aşık building project located at the Dereağzı Lefter Küçükandonyadis Facilities will be presented to the members at the general assembly.
Information will also be provided regarding the project aimed at increasing the spectator capacity at the Chobani Stadium Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex.
Real Estate Projects and Lottery Authorization
Within the scope of regulations regarding the use of the club brand, information will be provided about the COVE1907 project in accordance with the contract made with Nata Holding.
Authorization will be requested to obtain permission from the National Lottery Administration and to follow up on the procedures for the 120th Anniversary Lottery planned to be organized within the scope of the 120th foundation anniversary.
Legal Process for Fenerbahçe University
Cooperation agreements between Fenerbahçe University and Medicana Education Services and Trade Inc. will be reviewed.
Authorization will be granted to the board of directors until the end of their term of office to initiate all legal processes, including lawsuits that need to be filed.
