Free Course Registration for GSB Sports Schools Begins in Merkezefendi
The courses, aiming to contribute to the physical and social development of youth aged 05-18, are organized in ten different branches.
Within the scope of the GSB Sports Schools implemented by the Merkezefendi District Directorate of Youth and Sports, free course registrations have begun for youth aged 05-18, and training will be held in ten different branches.
Free Course Details
All these trainings within the scope of GSB Sports Schools, which aim to contribute to the physical and social development of children, will be provided completely free of charge.
Branches to Provide Training
Within the scope of the program, which will be carried out under the supervision of expert trainers in their fields, training will be provided in the branches of volleyball, basketball, athletics, table tennis, taekwondo, boxing, gymnastics, tennis, fencing, and karate.
Sports Facilities and Halls
Opening its doors after maintenance and repair works, the Merkezefendi Multi-Purpose Sports Hall in Adalet Neighborhood will host seven different branches.
Athletics activities will take place at the Albayrak Athletics Field, fencing activities at the hall in Servergazi Football Field, and tennis activities at the courts within the Vali Recep Yazıcıoğlu Sports Hall campus.
Registration Process and Dates
Families who want to enroll their children in the courses will be able to complete their applications by selecting the province, district, and branch through the Sports Information System on the e-Government platform.
In the activities planned according to different age groups, the first term will begin on Monday, September 28, 2026, and the registration process will continue until October 31, 2026.
