Galatasaray Allegedly Reaches Agreement with Milan for Rafael Leao Transfer
Following negotiations ongoing since June, the yellow-red club has signed an official contract with the star footballer, effective starting from the 2026-2027 season.
Galatasaray reached an agreement with the Italian club Milan to sign Portuguese football player Rafael Leao. With the signing ceremony held, the cost details of the 27-year-old player were shared with the public.
Financial Details of the Transfer and Agreement Terms
According to the official statements made by the yellow-red club, it was announced that a fixed transfer fee of 38 million Euros and a 20% share from the subsequent sale will be paid for the 27-year-old player.
It was disclosed that a 4-year contract has been signed with the player, effective from the 2026-2027 season, with an annual net guaranteed salary of 10 million Euros.
Signing Ceremony and Background of the Process
The football player and club officials, who came to Istanbul to attend the signing ceremony, stated that the transfer process had been ongoing since June.
During the signing ceremony, Dursun Özbek and Abdullah Kavukcu made statements, while the transfer was also announced on social media.
