Besiktas Basketball Team General Manager Nedim Yucel made statements during the media day held ahead of the Euroleague match against Valencia Basket, sharing their happiness about taking part in Europe's most important organization.

European Excitement

Besiktas Basketball Team General Manager Nedim Yucel stated that when they took office three years ago, their biggest goal was to carry the black-and-white crest to the Euroleague platform, and they achieved this. The black-and-whites will face the Spanish team Valencia Basket in the first week of the organization at the Basketball Development Center.

Squad Evaluation

General Manager Nedim Yucel stated that due to their late acceptance into the Euroleague, they spent a great deal of effort in a narrow transfer pool, expressing his belief that they formed a good squad in line with the coaching staff's requests.
