Inspection of entertainment venues in Malatya: 4 businesses sealed
During comprehensive inspections carried out across the city, unlicensed weapons and ecstasy pills were seized, while 4 establishments found to have irregularities were banned from operating.
During joint inspections carried out with the participation of relevant institutions in Malatya, 4 entertainment centers where various irregularities were detected were sealed and illegal substances were confiscated.
Joint Inspection Carried Out
Under the coordination of the Malatya Governorate, an inspection targeting entertainment centers across the city was carried out with the participation of teams from the Provincial Directorate of Security, the Provincial Directorate of Health, and the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry.
Illegal Substances Seized
During searches conducted by the teams in 7 workplaces, 1 unlicensed pistol, 15 cartridges, and 25 narcotic pills were seized. A large quantity of alcoholic beverages was temporarily kept under safeguard for necessary procedures to be carried out.
Sealing Due to Irregularities
During the inspections, 4 businesses were sealed after it was determined that they permitted the consumption of tobacco and tobacco products indoors, served alcoholic beverages without the necessary permits and documents, lacked a workplace opening and operating license, and lacked SSI (Social Security Institution) registrations for employees as well as a live music permit.
