Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu Meets with Sports Federation Representatives

Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu received the President of the Turkish Kempo Federation Halis Avşar and the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Kickboxing and Muay Thai Federation Ümit Nusret in his office to discuss school sports and the support of young athletes.

During the meeting, topics such as the development of school sports activities and increasing the opportunities provided to young athletes were evaluated within a broad framework.

At the reception held in the ministry office, steps that would facilitate the participation of young people in sporting processes were emphasized.

Minister Nazım Çavuşoğlu stated that sports play a critical role in the physical and social development of young people.
