New Sports Facilities Being Built by Haliliye Municipality
Haliliye Municipality is bringing new sports facilities to the district to ensure that young people train in various branches and prepare for international competitions.
Haliliye Municipality continues to strengthen the district's sports infrastructure with the Open Archery Facility, Multi-Purpose Sports Hall, and Amateur Sports Clubs Facility projects. The works, carried out on a total area of 26,100 square meters, aim to enable young people to do sports in modern areas.
Scope of Mega Sports Investments
Haliliye Municipality continues its efforts to bring new sports facilities to the district as part of its investments in youth and the future. Built on a total area of 26,100 square meters, the two facilities contribute to the training of young people in various sports branches.
Open Archery and Multi-Purpose Hall
The Open Archery Facility and Multi-Purpose Sports Hall, built on an area of approximately 9,100 square meters, will host many branches, primarily the ancestral sport of archery. Handball, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, matrak, karate, judo, and taekwondo can be practiced at the facility.
Amateur Sports Clubs Facility
Built on a 17-decare area in the Dağeteği region with an investment cost of approximately 100 million TL, the facility is being brought to life in accordance with national and international standards. It includes football and basketball fields along with a spectator stand.
Support for Youth and Sports
Mayor Mehmet Canpolat inspected the facilities under construction and stated that they are bringing permanent works to the district, which has a growing young population. The projects aim to provide modern training areas for amateur sports clubs.
