Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Tenders 45 New Sports Areas
Aiming to strengthen the sports infrastructure in the city, the local administration has pressed the button for the construction of 45 new facilities with various features.
Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality announced that a construction tender will be held on Friday, October 30, for the construction of 45 new sports areas to be utilized at various points of the city.
New Investments in the City's Sports Infrastructure
Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality is preparing to launch a new initiative citywide within the scope of investments in sports.
With the project to be implemented, facilities needed by amateur sports clubs and youth at different points of the city will be increased.
Previous Works and Renovations
The municipality had previously brought 17 football, basketball, and volleyball fields to the city.
In addition, the Kazımpaşa, Ekrem Karaberberoğlu, Kışlaçay, and Kurtköy sports complexes were renovated and offered to the service of citizens.
Tender Process to Take Place on October 30
The official tender process for the construction of 45 new facilities, varying in size and usage features, will be held on Friday, October 30.
It was stated that following this tender, construction work for new sports areas across Sakarya will be accelerated.
