Summer Sports Schools in Balıkesir Conclude with Closing Ceremony
The summer sports schools implemented by the Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality have come to an end with a ceremony held, and thousands of young people received their certificates.
The summer sports schools organized by the Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality concluded with a closing ceremony held at the Ali Hikmet Paşa Sports Facilities, where approximately 3,000 children receiving training in 20 different branches received their certificates.

The finale of the sports activities carried out by the Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality throughout the summer period took place at the Ali Hikmet Paşa Sports Facilities. The closing ceremony was held in an enthusiastic atmosphere with intense interest from participating children and their families.
Certificates and Award Ceremony
Approximately 3,000 children and young people who successfully completed their training in various branches received their certificates. The documents were presented to the students by Aytekin Durmaz, Deputy Secretary General of the Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality.
Tournament Rankings and Celebrations
Within the framework of the program, athletes who ranked in the football and volleyball tournaments organized on the occasion of August 30 Victory Day and the September 6 Balıkesir Liberation Week were awarded.
