Threatening Voice Recording Found in Investigation of MHK President Ferhat Gündoğdu

Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Illegal Betting and Sports Crimes Investigation Bureau, threatening voice recordings directed at FIFA assistant referee Kerem Ersoy were found in the digital materials of detained MHK President Ferhat Gündoğdu.
Investigation and Detention Process
Central Referee Board (MHK) President Ferhat Gündoğdu was detained as part of the comprehensive investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Illegal Betting and Sports Crimes Investigation Bureau.
Following the detention decision, examinations of the suspect's digital materials were initiated by judicial authorities.
Threatening Expressions in the Voice Recording
As a result of the examinations carried out, striking and threatening voice recordings were accessed in Ferhat Gündoğdu's digital materials.
It was determined that in the accessed recordings, Gündoğdu uttered heavy and warning-like remarks targeting FIFA assistant referee Kerem Ersoy.
Remarks Directed at Kerem Ersoy
It was determined that in the voice recording, Gündoğdu said to Kerem Ersoy, "I am giving you a last chance."
Additionally, it was observed that the recording contained the expressions, "Do not speak about the MHK anywhere again, this time my attitude will be different" and "You will lose your refereeing career."
State Tracking Allegations
It was understood that in the voice recording, Gündoğdu claimed that certain referees and association circles were under surveillance by saying, "The state is tracking."
It was recorded that the suspect claimed that certain individuals were making correspondence about him and that this situation was being monitored by the state.
Emphasis on Duty and Departure
It was conveyed that in the voice recording, Ferhat Gündoğdu described the duty of MHK Presidency as a state duty and argued that he had nothing to lose.
It was seen that the continuing expressions in the recording included harsh warnings directed by the suspect at the other parties.
